1. Acceptance of Terms
By using visiblenow.in, submitting a demo request, or engaging VisibleNow's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and VisibleNow ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Ujjwal Kumar, MSME Registered, India.
2. Services Offered
VisibleNow provides the following services to local Indian businesses:
- Website design and development (static HTML/CSS/JS websites)
- Domain name setup and registration assistance
- Web hosting setup and configuration (via Hostinger)
- Basic SEO setup
- Google My Business setup
- Logo and brand identity design
- Annual website maintenance plans
3. Free Demo Policy
- The demo is a sample website for your business for evaluation purposes only
- The demo is not a live production website and is hosted on a temporary URL
- We reserve the right to remove demo websites after 14 days if no engagement
- You may share the demo link with others for feedback
4. Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- 50% advance — paid before we begin building your final website
- 50% on delivery — paid only after you have reviewed and approved the final website
Payment Methods
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and Razorpay (debit/credit card, net banking). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
Package Prices
- Starter Pack: ₹18,999 (one-time)
- Growth Pack: ₹29,999 (one-time)
- Premium Pack: ₹44,999 (one-time)
- Annual Maintenance: ₹4,999/year (optional)
5. Delivery Timelines
- Free Demo: Within 48 hours of receiving complete business details
- Starter Pack: 48–72 hours after advance payment and content submission
- Growth Pack: 3–5 business days
- Premium Pack: 5–7 business days
Timelines are subject to timely receipt of content (logos, photos, text) from the client. Delays in content provision by the client may extend delivery timelines proportionally.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information for the demo/website
- Provide any logos, photos, or specific content you want included within 24 hours of advance payment
- Review and provide feedback on the demo within 7 days of delivery
- Ensure you have the right to use any content you provide to us
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Domain is registered in your name and remains yours regardless
- Hosting account is in your name; we provide setup assistance only
- Website source code is fully handed over to you
- VisibleNow retains no ownership or access after delivery
- We may display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
8. Revisions Policy
- Starter Pack: 2 revisions included
- Growth Pack: 4 revisions included
- Premium Pack: Unlimited revisions included
A "revision" means changes to existing content (text, colours, layout). Adding entirely new pages or features beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
- We warrant that your website will be delivered as described in your chosen package
- We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, or business results from the website
- We are not responsible for third-party services (hosting outages, domain provider issues, etc.)
- Websites are provided "as is" after delivery; continued support requires a maintenance plan
10. Limitation of Liability
VisibleNow's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. Jurisdiction: India.
