Refund Policy
We operate on a transparent 50/50 payment structure. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
The 50% advance payment initiates the project and covers the cost of design, development time, and resources allocated to your project. This payment is non-refundable once development has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment).
If you cancel before we have started development, a full refund of the advance will be issued within 5–7 business days.
The final 50% payment is made only after you have reviewed and approved the completed website. Once the final payment is made and the website is live, no refunds are issued.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered website before making the final payment, you may request revisions as included in your package before approving.
To request a refund, email us at admin@visiblenow.in with your project details and reason. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
